Miss Minnie is one of the most outstandingly unique people that I've ever had the pleasure of teaching.  She has opened my eyes to all sorts of new ideas and possibilities.  One of the best things she ever told me about was the pretzel pizza.  It was life changing!  She is a creative soul that is born to change the world and be a star.  I can't wait to see where the future takes her.
